Full Heart Living Author Tom Glaser Appears on Twin Cities Live on KSTP TV (Feb. 6)

Tom Glaser, author, Full Heart Living: Conversations with the Happiest People I Know,  has been getting a lot of attention for his book this month. On Mon., Feb. 6, he appeared on KSTP-TV's Twin Cities Live. He was one of three participants in a panel discussion on happiness. After the show he and the panelists taped a second discussion that can be viewed on Twin Cities Live's Facebook page.

 

Full Heart Living Author Tom Glaser Appeared on FOX-2 TV In Detroit (Feb. 4)

Everyone of course wants to be happier in the New Year, and Twin Cities psychologist Tom Glaser's new book may be the resource you've been looking for to help achieve optimum happiness in your life.

Glaser appeared on FOX 2-TV in Detroit the morning of Feb. 4. He answered such questions as, "Are you happy all the time?" "What if you're not happy right now?" and "Do you plan happiness?" Glaser also previewed the book signing events he had in Michigan. On Feb. 4, he appeared at Bean and Leaf Cafe in Downtown Rochester, Mich. , and on Feb. 5, he read from and signed copies of his book at the Shelby Township Barnes and Noble.

Jan. 25, 2017, the Oakland Press in Oakland County, Michigan published an article titled: Rochester author shares tips for happiness with a ‘Full Heart’.

Along with an ensemble of superb actors and technical artists, Tom created a live performance piece based on Full Heart Living. An entertaining, motivating, and informative romp, "Full Heart Living LIVE! The Bootcamp Experience" explored major Full Heart Living themes, including connecting with yourself and others, cultivating mindulness, taking risks, supporting yourself, expressing gratitude, and much more. It premiered at the Minnesota Fringe Festival in August, 2016. Just prior to opening night, "The Buzz" featured a preview on live television.
